Questions
Frequently asked questions
No. Plans are month-to-month after a three-month onboarding period. The first three months cover the real work of taking over an environment properly — deploying monitoring, hardening security, verifying backups, and documenting everything. After that, we keep your business by performing, not by contract.
Yes — co-managed IT is some of our best work. We take the monitoring, patching, helpdesk overflow, and after-hours coverage; your internal team keeps ownership and focuses on projects. We define the split clearly during onboarding so nothing falls between the two teams.
Critical issues get a response in under 4 hours, guaranteed — and in practice usually much faster, because AI triage flags and enriches urgent tickets the moment they arrive. Growth and Enterprise plans carry priority SLAs. Our average ticket resolution time is 45 minutes.
Both. Most day-to-day support is remote, which is faster for everyone. On-site work is available across the GTA, Hamilton, and Kitchener-Waterloo, and we support clients remotely across Ontario and the rest of Canada. Enterprise plans can include scheduled on-site days.
Any business that depends on its systems. We have deep strength in manufacturing, distribution, and retail — that’s where our EDI, ERP, and automation case studies come from — but our clients also include professional services, construction, logistics, and non-profits. The fundamentals of great IT are the same; the automations are where industry expertise shows.
A structured five-business-day process: monitoring agents deployed, documentation gathered, backups verified, security baseline applied, and your team introduced to the helpdesk. You’ll know exactly what we found and what we fixed — most clients get more visibility into their IT in week one than they had in the previous year.
From $1,500/month, we build and operate AI workflows on top of your managed plan — automated order intake, document processing, reporting automation, or dispatch — one workflow at a time, each live within 2–4 weeks. It’s the same production AI our case studies describe, delivered as a subscription instead of a project.
