Drop in a file — an order export, a price list, a raw data dump — and Automate runs it through your transform pipeline and delivers the finished result: a clean workbook, a formatted report, a booked order. Repeatable jobs become one-click tasks anyone on the team can run.
Scheduled Automated Runs
Set it and it runs: daily, at set times, or every N hours. Automate pulls source files automatically — including straight from SharePoint — processes them, and sends the results. Fully automated, or in review mode where a person approves before anything goes out.
AI Document Parsing
Claude-powered parsing turns unstructured documents — pro forma invoices, supplier paperwork, emailed orders — into structured data your systems can use. No templates to maintain per document layout; the AI reads the document the way a person would, just faster and every time.
Label Printing + Cin7
Product labels printed straight to Zebra printers, populated live from Cin7 Core product data — barcodes, batch numbers, the fields your templates need. Warehouse staff pick a product and print; no CSV exports, no label-software wrangling.
Branded Email Delivery
Results land in inboxes as professional, branded emails — your logo, your templates, per-task recipients — sent via Microsoft 365 or SMTP. Customers and colleagues see a polished deliverable, not a bare attachment from a robot.
Audit Trail & Access Control

White-Label for MSPs
Fellow MSPs: licence Automate under your own brand and deliver AI workflow automation to your clients without building a platform from scratch.
